Terms and Conditions for My Security Network Ltd

1. Introduction

 Welcome to My Security Network Ltd. We specialise in supplying and installing high-quality security systems,    including intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems for both residential and commercial properties.

2. Acceptance of Terms

 By contracting with My Security Network Ltd for security systems installation and services, you agree to be  bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

3. Services Provided

 We offer the following services:
  • Supply and installation of CCTV systems.
  • Installation of intruder alarms.
  • Supply and installation of access control systems. 
    Services are subject to availability and may vary based on client requirements and geographic location.

4. Quotations and Contracts

  • All quotations provided by My Security Network Ltd are valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued.
  • Contracts are formed upon acceptance of a quotation, either in writing or verbally, and require a deposit payment as detailed in the quotation.

5. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required at the time of contract acceptance, with the balance due upon completion of the installation.
  • Payment terms for ongoing services or maintenance will be outlined in a separate agreement.

6. Installation

  • We will carry out the installation as per the agreed-upon specifications and timeline, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible and prepared according to our pre-installation instructions.

7. Warranty and Repairs

  • My Security Network Ltd provides a one-year warranty on all installations, covering defects in workmanship and materials.
  • Repairs or replacements outside the warranty terms will be charged accordingly.

8. Liability

  • My Security Network Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the services provided.

9. Cancellation

  • The client may cancel the service contract within 14 days of acceptance without incurring penalties, except for any custom orders or work already commenced.
  • Cancellations after this period may incur charges as outlined in the contract.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We comply with all applicable data protection laws. Client information will be used solely for the purpose of service provision and not shared with third parties without consent.

11. Changes to Terms

  • My Security Network Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will not affect contracts already in progress.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UK, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
